"Ned & Nellie Crowfield" are 25 inches not including his hat or her topknot. They are made of tea-dyed unbleached muslin. Both dolls have flat bottoms for easy sitting. They have tea-dyed worsted-weight cotton yarn for hair. They have buttons for eyes and remaining facial features are hand embroidered. Their stockings are striped cotton knit. Both dolls have sisal twine trims. Our instructions will take you step by step through the construction of both "Ned & Nellie" including clothing. We have included instructions for tea-dying muslin. All pattern pieces are full size with 1/4" seam allowances included. We rate this pattern as easy enough for the beginner, but fun for the experienced dollmaker too.

Pattern includes detailed instructions, full size pattern pieces, and full-color cover so you can clearly see the finished project. The pattern is packaged in a re-closeable poly-bag.
